As providers continue to consolidate and adopt practices that make them look increasingly like payers, decision-making about products and services is moving away from clinicians and involving more people. In addition, with recent guidance on FDAMA 114, manufacturers have been given new latitude to share health economic information with decision makers to support their value story.
