Kathleen holds a doctorate in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Miami and completed a post-doctorate fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. Over the span of her career, she has worked in a wide range of healthcare settings ranging from academic medical centers and government agencies to private multidisciplinary medical practices.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the life science industry. Kathleen leads the Behavioral Science practice that specializes in leveraging deep behavioral insights to inform clinical trial protocol development, recruitment and retention as well as post-launch disease management and adherence support programs. Leveraging expertise in human perception, decision-making, and the science of behavior change, she has spent her career helping clients build engaging patient experiences across the healthcare journey.
