Karen joined Integral LifeSciences two years ago as Director of Risk Management. Integra is a global leader in regenerative tissue technologies, neurosurgical medical devices and extremity orthopedic solutions. In addition to managing Integra’s Risk Insurance programs, Karen supports the M&A process as they pursue their goal to grow to $2 Billion by 2022. Prior to Integra, Karen spent 29 years with the Solvay and Rhodia Groups and Rhone-Poulenc, where she spent the majority of her years managing Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Insurance programs in the Chemical Industry. Earlier in her career Karen was an Employee Benefits Manager and was instrumental in developing and designing new pension and health & welfare plans for these growing organizations. Throughout her career, Karen has worked on countless number of mergers and acquisitions, on the buyer and seller side, performing due diligence, evaluating risks, and integrating and divesting companies. Karen is a lifelong resident of New Jersey and received her BA degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Karen is a Certified Risk Management Professional or CRMP, an accredited designation from RIMS, the risks management society™.
